Designed to be BMW's most luxurious model, the 745Le xDrive adds the quiet performance and efficiency of electric motors to add a touch of silent class. In fact, the batteries will be good for about 51 km of pure electric range and can cruise at up to 110km. This car is all about cruising but the 3.0-litre straight six under the hood gives plenty of oomph when needed.

Charging the 12kWh battery in the BMW 745Le xDrive takes around three-and-a-half hours using a 7.4kW home or office charge point.
