While the Tesla Model S Performance might get all the glory when it comes to pure straight line speed, the Model S Long Range is now slouch either. In fact, it completes the 0-100 km/h sprint in 3.7 seconds. It has a longer range than its Performance sibling (no surprise there), reaching 624 km compared to 593 km.

Charging the Tesla Model S Long Range will take about 15 hours and 15 minutes empty to full using a standard 7.4kW home charge point. If you access one of Tesla's superfast 250kW Superchargers then you can expect an 80% recharge in under 40 minutes.
